Proactively leads the business’s strategic account planning processes, developing performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones
Develops solutions to drive customer satisfaction whilst working effectively and collaborative with necessary team personnel inclusive of support, Sales, Marketing, Product,
Delivery in order to meet key account performance objectives and expectations
Territory management, including account planning and sales forecasting
Identify, qualify, orchestrate and close new business in new and existing accounts
Manage internal and external resources to execute account and deal strategy and maximize sales efforts and success rate
Research and gather data on the customers, the market, and competitive environment to identify and improve areas in account maintenance and management
Discover, explain and educate your prospects where the marketing resource management opportunities exist for Simple to create value within their business
Prospect new sales and identify new sources of business by engaging in cold calls, direct marketing, and the existing network
Manage and analyse the sales funnel controlling pipeline activity and monitoring sales activity against assigned quotas
Drive the sales process by understanding the customer buying process and needs; focusing on solutions and seeking to understand the challenge
Desired Skills and experience:
You have the miles and field experience; minimum of 8 -10 years of on-quota, software applications sales experience; marketing operations; marketing resource management, SaaS sales experience
Ability to process raw information and data and translate it into actionable insights such as new sales opportunities, strategies; assessing and identify needs and gaps
Excellent interpersonal skills; liaising, building trust and respect, consulting and negotiating with a range of customer groups, including C-level executives and have the ability to establish strong and meaningful connections on behalf of the business
Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen
Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
Quarterback the direct sales strategy, identify, qualify, jump obstacles and build discipline
You’re on the game, attending conferences staying current on business and market trends; building adaptive relationships; establishing strong and meaningful connections on behalf of Simple
You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty and accountability in all that you do – and are trusted to always do what’s best for Simple
You roll with the punches and are able to problem solve, you’re cool under pressure and quick to your feet connecting and influencing people around you
You have a huge drive to individually compete and aggressively build a sales pipeline, qualify and close business, while still being a team player and empower others to learn
You are a go-getter and attack your goal no matter the obstacle, having the unique ability to Get Stuff Done, identify new opportunities, create and deliver accurate forecasts and results, flourishing in a fast-paced dynamic environment
